We will be holding mounted archery, medieval gaming and joust practices at Cricket Lane on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, June through October 2008. That would be:

Saturday 16 August 2008 - Extra practice
24 August 2008
14 September 2008 - Cancelled due to NEJA tournament in the USA

Timing - all approximate...

12:00 Noon - Arrive, set up equipment, prepare horses
1:00 - Horse training, unarmoured and game practice
2:30 - Break to armour up
3:00 - Horse training, armoured practice
4:00 - Tear down equpiment, take care of horses
5:00 - All done
Anyone with horse and appropriate armour wishing to participate should contact us regarding the details and expectations.
Anyone wanting to drop by and check it out is welcome, however this is a training session, not a show for spectators. People wishing to take part as ground crew, experienced or not, are more welcome than spectators.

*** Until the indoor joust list is built, this IS weather dependant. As it's a grass and clay list (read "slippery when wet"), if it's raining, we won't be riding. ***
